Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and select health/personal care items
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or other media
- Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items free of charge. If you need to exchange an item, email viv@vivlaviv.com and send your item to:

Free Shipping
We provide free shipping on all orders. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will not be deducted from your total.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return’s value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receiving the returned item. If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
